Trial Nortel & TGNT Networks for CNC
October - November 1999, Beijing.
- I was in charge of installing and maintaining
Voice over IP gateways on a Voice Switch for a new customer: CNC at
14 different Sites throughout 14 main chinese cities.
- Based in Beijing, I had to coordinate
Nortel and TGNT (Nortel's JV) teams to upgrade and install the IP Gateway
on a live Network.
- In charge of implementing and coordinating
remote support from France, UK and US.
Nortel Networks & GDNT China Telecom
March - April 2001, Canton:
- I was in charge of a Voice over ATM soft
switch installation, configuration and testing for China Telecom customer
- Shipping, time scheduling, local team
management (including Nortel Chinese, Australians and English; plus
GDNT Nortel's JV members).
- Training and hands on for local team
and customer (3 days)
Nortel Networks for China Railcom
June-July
2001, Beijing :
- I was the technical project manager of
the project : deployment at customer's premises of a Voice over ITM
Gateway.
- I had to deal with the unexpected events
(i.e. shippment blocked at customs) and convincing customers about the
product reliability (interconnection with their live network).
- I completed the project in customer's
time schedule (5 weeks).
